My work is rooted in ancient traditions while reaching into wider fields of spirit and possibility. As an herbalist works with plants, I work with unseen and cosmic energies. I listen with the earth and stars, with guides and ancestors, through runes and sound. Sometimes I journey through dimensions in search of insight. Sometimes I bring their energies into the room to support healing, growth, and transformation.
The work may travel far, but it always returns here to the body, to choice, to inspiration, and to the way we live.

For generations, travelers looked to the North Star to navigate uncertain waters. The runes offer another ancient way to find your bearings and illuminate the path ahead. I’ll cast the runes to explore the dynamics of your situation and the story they reveal. You can also choose to continue with a short shamanic session shaped by the reading.
