Energy Clearing & Realignment

Life leaves traces. Stress, other people’s emotions, old patterns, and difficult experiences can gather in your energy like static, leaving you feeling heavy, scattered or unusually reactive.

Together, we loosen what feels dense, clear what doesn’t belong in your field, and invite movement back into places where your energy has gone still, helping you hear your own signal again: steadier, clearer, and more fully your own.

There is no script and no fixed formula. I listen closely, read the energetic landscape, and shape the session around what is present.

We close with time to reflect, and I make suggestions for grounding and integration. Then, you choose what comes next.

My Signature Approach

Earth Rooted, Star-Connected

Star Shamanism is woven through my path and is central to how I practice. This work is both luminous and grounded: drawing upon dimensional energies, starlit wisdom, and emerging possibilities, and then anchoring what is useful back here to enrich everyday life.

A Practice Shaped Over Years

My practice is grounded in a year-long Earth-based apprenticeship in Norse and Celtic traditions; three years of intensive, tailored one-on-one Star Shamanism training; and an advanced apprenticeship in Northern shamanic traditions. I draw from many forms of journeying and energy work while shaping each session around the person before me.
