I’ll bring in energies I experience as connected with Avalon and create an energetic space for the group. I’ll also draw on a dimensional aspect of my Star shamanic practice, bringing some of my own work with Avalon into our time together. It’s deep work, but you don’t need any previous experience with energy work or shamanism to participate.

Within that space, you’ll be guided and then invited to be open to what comes forward for you. You may receive an image, an idea, a feeling, a symbol, a new perspective, or an unexpected gift of insight.

We’ll also explore the Sacred Feminine, creativity, and the energetic womb as a place of connection and becoming. I’ll guide you through a womb-centered healing experience that is entirely energetic and is available to everyone, including those without a physical womb. You’ll gain perspective on what may be ready to soften, strengthen, awaken, or grow.

This isn’t a lecture. It is an opportunity to experience, explore, and follow what draws you.
