I’ll bring energies of Avalon into the space of the group. This work draws on a dimensional aspect of my Star shamanic practice and my own work with Avalon. This experience can be deep and meaningful, but you don’t need any previous experience with energy work or shamanism to join.

During the workshop, you’ll be guided and then invited to be open to what comes forward for you. You may receive an image, an idea, a feeling, a symbol, or an unexpected gift of insight.

Please join me from a private, comfortable space where you can settle in and engage fully. You may want to have a journal nearby for anything you’d like to remember or reflect on afterward.
