"A story, too, can be a star, a living fire to lighten the darkness, leading out into the expanding universe.” Madeleine L’Engle

Our lives are made up of the stories we tell ourselves, the stories we hear and the stories we share with others. We are not stuck, because our stories are still unfolding.

My Story.

I embrace my Shamanic path as my way of life. I’m an energetic weaver, a bridge, a builder, a dancer, a creator and a teacher. I love being in community with people who also want to build their spiritual practices and unlock the ancient wisdom already in their bodies and fields. Such communities can bring forward a lot of positive change on this Earth.

Becoming.

As a little girl, I believed in magic and miracles. I loved music, dancing and exploring. I found adventure in walks in the woods and sometimes ate my lunch in trees.

The world pushes practicality. So, I got my law school degree. I ended up filling my days with legal constructs, paperwork and litigation. Buried in an avalanche of demands at work, deadlines and obligations commanded my attention. I became detached from my childhood brushes with magic and that early dream of knowing the names of the stars. Until I stopped to ask two questions: who am I?; and what do I want? My heart and soul answered: to help people, to follow my spiritual path and to support positive energetic shifts in the planet/universe. I want to enjoy my life. I want to live in authenticity.

Stories can inspire us. I listen to and hold space for the stories of others. Have you forgotten any important part of your story? What stories are you telling yourself?

Certifications? I've got them - Reiki Master Teacher, an Akashic Records Practitioner, and a graduate of psychic development classes. My life and story truly changed with my first shamanic apprenticeship in Celtic and Norse traditions. I meditated, worked with my guides, journeyed, and healed emotionally and energetically. Then, I apprenticed one-on-one with a Shaman who lives in Ireland in an advanced apprenticeship that included my walking sacred places, I focused for three years on cosmic and dimensional energies. I’m fortunate to periodically return to Ireland, which is such a magical land.

The base line for me is being grounded in my path, understanding ego work and knowing my shadow self. I continue to travel in the physical and spiritual worlds. So, the certifications aren't what is important. My training through and my connection with Spirit, plus my positive intentions, are what's important. Ultimately, Spirit is my guide, my teacher.

Aligning and Stepping Fiercely Forward as a Shamanic Practitioner.

I honor my ancestors who lived as healers from Ireland and from the Carpathian Mountains. Rooted in the sacred traditions of these ancient lands, I weave together the timeless wisdom of the old world with, as guided by spirit, a practice that adapts and responds energetically to the needs of our modern existence. I hold Celtic and Norse Shamanic lineages. I also apprenticed for multiple years as a Cosmic Shaman, meaning that I have heavily engaged in connecting with planetary and dimensional energies as well as guides. I embody both cosmic and Earth wisdom.

Guided by spirit, my practice is a living, breathing expression of this fusion. I have traveled energetically this world and the dimensions, cultivating healing techniques, gaining wisdom and learning how better to support energetic shifts. As a Cosmic and Earth Shaman, I am also deeply immersed in the vibrant practice of Womb Work, which is so layered with possibilities for growth and not only connection with our bodies, but also connection to the universe.

Shadow Work and Possibilities.

I make mistakes. All people make mistakes. We’re human. We also will at times get hurt or feel alone. Being spiritual isn’t about pretending that we and the world are perfect. We will encounter hard days, loss and hard people in which just saying “love and light” is unhealthy. Life is not happening to you, though. Life is happening through you.

Figure out more about yourself and consider what you want. If you feel like you’re broken, remember that your story is in progress. What is your current story - a tragedy?; a story of waiting - for the man, the money or the perfect moment?; or a story of someone who is always misunderstood? Consider what you want your story to be. Are you ready to tell the story of the fierce person who woke up?

My Outlook.

Everyone deserves to sparkle, to feel empowered, and to get to know themselves better. I want to share my insights and gifts with others. I welcome you to join me to balance, explore your own gifts and to take more control of your life story. I welcome you to stop playing small.

We all have stories to tell, to expand on and to grow with.

Transform. Align. Shine. Your magic and opportunity to deepen your spiritual practice awaits.

WHAT IS A SHAMANIC PRACTITIONER?

A Shamanic Practitioner is someone who walks in both the seen and unseen worlds. The word “Shaman” originated in Siberia, with its root “sha” meaning “to know.” Traditionally, across the globe, each culture contained people who worked with Spirit - medicine men and women; wise women; molfars; whisperers...

I’ve apprenticed in Celtic and Norse traditions. Today, when a person calls themself a “Shaman,” it should mean that they are dedicated to their spiritual path and are not just relying on a single healing modality. It should also mean that they’ve worked closely in an apprenticeship with an experienced Shaman. In the 21st century, Shamanism is a dynamic, living practice with its roots in ancient traditions.

I don’t ingest any hallucinogenic substances or offer to anyone else mind altering substances. I know how to travel and journey without the assistance of a plant, which I find to be safer, easy to do every day and grounded.
