The root word for “Akashic” is “Akasha,” which in ancient Sanskrit means “sky” or “space.” Fitting, because the Akashic Field is an energetic field of intelligence and possibilities.

School bullies? Sometimes, we’re still hanging on to elementary-school baggage. One of my clients was a grandmother who revisited her 7-year-old self being bullied in a classroom. She felt judged, self-conscious and embarrassed. She vowed to herself she wouldn’t do anything to stick out again. Some part of her held on to that promise her childhood-self had made. She finally renounced the vow, starting to peel away and release that layer of self-judgment.
