Shamanic Sessions are available online anywhere and, upon request, in person for clients in Maryland, Washington, DC, Northern Virginia.

We begin with your intentions, questions, and what feels ready to shift. Each session is tailored to you, drawing from practices that best support your energy, clarity and growth.

The focus of the session can be about shifting energies to bring in greater creativity and inspiration. It could be something that’s more about healing. You choose.

Sometimes your energy can feel crowded by stress, other people’s emotions, old patterns, or the residue of difficult experiences. You may feel heavy, scattered, reactive, or less connected to your own clear center.
In this session, I offer shamanic support to help clear and unwind what feels dense, tangled, or no longer yours, while restoring flow and harmony in your energetic system.
The intention is to help you feel more grounded, spacious, and aligned, with greater access to patience, confidence, and your own inner steadiness.
I’ll lead a journey in an interactive session that will promote clarity.

My spiritual practice support sessions are designed to help you reconnect with that spark through grounded shamanic practice, energy work, and intuitive guidance.
This is restoration for the deeper self: a spa experience for the soul.
Why should you only pamper your skin?
Also, for those who feel called to go deeper, I offer mentoring packages and will be opening an upcoming apprenticeship in Womb Shamanism.
Sometimes life asks us to carry more than we were meant to hold alone. After grief, heartbreak, prolonged stress, or difficult experiences, you may feel as though some of your light, energy, or inner clarity has become harder to access.
In this session, I offer shamanic support to help call your energy back into the present, restore connection with your own spirit, and gently welcome home what is ready to return.
This work is not about fixing you. It is about honoring what you have lived through while supporting your return to wholeness, steadiness, and vitality.
I will give tips about integration.
