Alchemy Sound & Ceremony
Private sound journeys, small-group sound baths, and cacao ceremonies in Maryland and the DC area
Sound Baths
Enter A Field of crystalline sound
Grandmother Bowl
Sound travels where language can’t always follow
A single note rings out. Another joins it, and the room comes alive with sound.
Crystal Alchemy Singing Bowls create waves of vibration that can nurture your energy field or help you to relax. Each bowl is also a work of art formed from high-purity quartz crystal and infused with gemstones, minerals, or precious metals.
Sometimes the boom, boom, boom of the frame drum opens the sound bath. A whistle may call. The session may close with the shimmer of Koshi chimes or the rustle of a rattle.
My sound work draws on my shamanic practice and my training with internationally acclaimed sound healer and educator Jeralyn Glass. No two sessions take the same shape.

Intention is the opening note. We’ll talk for a little while, and then I’ll shape the sound journey around you.
Guided imagery may weave its way in, or you can simply get comfortable, rest and receive.
Private Alchemy Bowl Sessions
Every group has its own rhythm. We can begin with a shared theme, such as animals, seasons or emotions and let the experience take shape from there.
A few Possibilities
For a book club, I could offer a meditation based on characters or archetypes.
For a baby shower, the theme could be welcoming or birth.
For an afternoon tea, I could offer a guided journey to plants or a meditation around a summer garden.
Cards and RUnes
If you love runes, oracle cards, or tarot, each person could choose a card or rune. I’ll craft a guided meditation around your choices, and the music will meet each of you differently.

Cacao Ceremony
For intimate groups of two to six, I offer cacao ceremonies centered on warmth, connection, and the pleasure of gathering together. Ceremonial cacao is prepared and shared slowly, creating a warm center for the experience.
Cacao.
Fill your cup.
Lean forward. Let the steam kiss your face and breathe in chocolate.
Feel the warmth of the cup between your hands.
Take a sip.
Let the day soften.
Come into the moment. Listen to your heart.
Take another sip.
Bring one hope close to your heart. Consider a small act that could bring it to life.
Drink in comfort.
Return to your heart.
Let that warmth move into the circle.
Join me for a contemporary ritual shaped around cacao, story, warmth, and intention.
With cup and journal in hand, I’m ready for the cacao ceremony.
One Theme We Might Explore
Cacao carries both bitterness and warmth. Together, they offer a beautiful way to explore duality: what we release and what we nurture, where we soften and where we stand strong. A ceremony may center on the Sacred Feminine, heart-led healing, empowerment, and connection, or on balance itself: finding a steadier relationship between different needs, energies, and parts of ourselves.
Care is part of the work
For healers, caretakers, and those who so often hold space for others: you deserve to have experiences that nourish you, too.
Growth asks for honesty, but honesty is not the whole of the work. Rest, warmth, pleasure, and integration help change become lived and sustainable.
These sound journeys and cacao ceremonies offer a place to pause, return to yourself, and receive some of the care you so readily give to others.
